We’ve made it. All Dungeons Pop™ rewards have officially shipped.
If you haven’t received your package yet, please allow 1–2 weeks for domestic delivery (US) or 3–4 weeks for international orders before reaching out. If it still hasn’t arrived after that window, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

JULY UPDATE: FINAL STRETCH!
We officially have fewer than 400 orders left to ship!
Thank you all for your continued patience as we’ve been packing and sending each reward with care. We’re almost there, and it feels so good to be this close to the finish line.
HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET?
Once all rewards have shipped, we’ll send out a final fulfillment announcement. After that time, if you do not receive your package within:
1–2 weeks (Domestic U.S.)
3–4 weeks (International)
We’ll provide a clear support process to get you taken care of once shipping is complete!
Important:
Please do not comment here about a missing order, we won’t be able to help you in the public comment thread. We’ll need contact info and order details that should be shared privately through the proper channel, which we’ll provide once shipping is complete.

Shipping Update: Over 500 Orders Shipped!
We’re thrilled to report that over 500 Dungeons Pop™ Origins Sets have been shipped, and the positive feedback has been incredible to hear. It’s been a long journey, and nothing makes us happier than seeing these pop-up battlemaps finally landing in your hands.
We remain on track to complete all shipments this month. Our small but mighty team is working through orders as quickly as we can, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.

May Update: Shipping Progress & Timeline

Hello Dungeons Pop Adventurers,
We wanted to check in with a quick update on shipping. The good news: orders are going out! That said, we know it’s been a long road, and we want to share exactly where things stand.
Shipping Timeline Update
We’ve started fulfillment and are currently focused on shipping the first batch of 400 domestic Origin Sets. To move as efficiently as possible with our small two-person team (both of us juggling full-time jobs and lives outside of Dungeons Pop), we’re shipping in order of complexity, starting with single Origin Set orders first. Once those are out the door, we’ll move on to multi-set and more complex orders.
We know it’s not moving as fast as anyone would like, ourselves included, but our goal is to have all orders shipped out before the end of June. May is an especially hectic month for us personally, but we’re pushing as hard as we can to get your rewards to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. We know waiting is never ideal, and we’re deeply grateful for the grace most of you shown us throughout this process. Everyone will get their rewards, no one will be left behind.
