Happy Holidays! I hope this festive season finds you in great spirits. As we wrap up the year, I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates about Dungeons Pop™ that are sure to add some extra cheer.

1. Final Production Samples Are In!

We've just received the final production samples, and wow, they look incredible! The quality and detail have surpassed even our high expectations. I’ve attached some images so you can share in the excitement and see just how amazing everything turned out. These pieces are not just game components; they’re works of art!

2. Production Complete – Now Awaiting Arrival

I'm also happy to report that production is now complete! All the sets are finished, and we’re currently in the phase of awaiting their arrival at our distribution center. We’ve got everything set up and ready to go so we can start shipping them out to you as soon as they land. Here’s a sneak peek at the manufacturing magic – it’s been quite the journey from concept to completion!

3. Final Shipping Update: Q1 2025

Based on the current timelines and when we expect to receive the shipments, we might be looking at a slight update to our shipping timeline, targeting January-February for dispatch. Rest assured, every day brings us closer, and we’re just as excited as you are to get these into your hands.

We truly appreciate your patience and enthusiasm throughout this process. It’s been a wonderful journey, and we are on the final stretch. Thank you for being such an incredible community. Your support and excitement have been instrumental in making Dungeons Pop a reality.

We've just crossed a huge milestone—our white blanks have arrived, and oh boy, they did not disappoint! I’ve personally reviewed and approved each piece, and I’m blown away by the quality. They’re solid, stunning, and I can’t wait for you to see and feel the quality for yourselves. These pieces are going to bring your tabletop world to life in a way you’ve never seen before!

Introducing the Mini Pop Stands

And there’s more! Let me shine a spotlight on something I think you’ll find super cool—our Mini Pop™ Stands. These stands are here to revolutionize your gaming setup with instant 3D scatter terrain that pops up in seconds. It’s a game-changer—literally! There’s nothing else like this in the TTRPG world, and I think you’re going to love the extra dimension they bring to your gameplay.

Countdown to Delivery

With everything falling into place, we are perfectly on track to start shipping your Dungeons Pop sets in November-December. I’m practically counting down the days until we can get these into your hands!

As we step into September, I'm excited to share the latest developments in our Dungeons Pop journey. Here’s where we stand and what’s coming up next:

Awaiting White Dummies

We are still eagerly anticipating the arrival of the white dummies, which are essential for finalizing our production details. These are the blank versions of our product that allow us to check the physical quality and details before we go into full production. We expect to receive these in the next couple of weeks, and I’ll be sure to update you as soon as they arrive.

Preparations for Shipping

While we wait, our team is not sitting idle. We're actively coordinating the logistics for shipping and handling product orders to ensure a smooth process once the Dungeons Pop sets are ready to be dispatched. This involves everything from finalizing packing details to optimizing delivery routes.

On Track for Year-End Delivery

Despite the anticipation and the challenges of waiting, I'm pleased to report that we are still on track for delivery by the end of the year. We appreciate your patience and support as we work through these final phases, ensuring that everything is perfectly aligned for a successful launch.

Significant Milestones Reached

We’ve hit a major milestone in our journey — the order quantity for Dungeons Pop has been finalized and the initial deposit with our printer is successfully placed. This marks a pivotal transition from planning to actual production, bringing us one step closer to delivery.

Awaiting Final Proofs

Our next step involves receiving and approving the final proofs from the printer. I anticipate having these within the next couple weeks. Once these are approved, we’ll be powering full steam ahead into the production phase.

Promising Production Timelines

On an even more positive note, it appears that our production timelines might be shorter than initially expected, which means you could be getting your Dungeons Pop sets sooner than anticipated. I’m cautiously optimistic and will keep you posted on any new developments.

5E Adventure Modules Coming Soon

In addition to the physical sets, I’m thrilled to announce that the Dungeons Pop 5E Adventure Modules will be rolling out digitally next month. These modules are designed to enhance your Dungeons Pop experience, offering rich, engaging content that perfectly complements your new sets. Smooth Sailing with Our New Manufacturer

I’m thrilled to report that our collaboration with the new printer/manufacturer is progressing quickly and smoothly. This partnership has revitalized our production process, and we're now on the cusp of a significant milestone: receiving the "white blanks." These are essentially the finished products without any printing, allowing us to ensure everything is perfect before we proceed to the final production phase.

On Track for Fall 2024 Delivery

Once we approve the white blanks, it will be full steam ahead. I want to reassure everyone that we are still on track to meet our Fall 2024 delivery timeline. I am fully committed, ready to move heaven and earth if necessary, to ensure we meet this deadline without further delays.
